Poor Shadow

In the past, Nate and I brush Shadow regularly due to his long hair, but since we had Jacob, we have neglected our duties with our cat. Shadow's hair had several knots in it, so we decided to have him shaved. I took our cat to the vet this morning, they had to knock him out to shave him and give him a bath... poor kitty!

We should have done it earlier this summer, I think he might like his new hairdo! I wasn't sure what to tell the vet to shave, so I let them choose what hair to leave. Doesn't he look funny?!?
